Strawberry Marscapone & Chocolate Desert

8” spring form pam
3 packages of lady fingers
Place row of lady fingers around the edges of the pan, fill bottom with lady fingers

In a mixing bowl add
16 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. marscapone cheese
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
½ tsp. vanilla sugar
½ pint whipping cream
Whip until stiff, place in refrigerator

In a non-stick pan add

3 c. fresh Strawberries cut into halves
½ c. of sugar
5 tbsp. cornstarch

Blend and cook until thickened, refrigerate

Meanwhile in food processor, finely crush 1 package of chocolate wafers and set aside

Spoon a layer of the cheese mixture in the bottom of the pan. With the strawberry and crushed cookies alternate the ingredients with the cheese mixture. The last layer should be the cheese mixture and then top with remaining strawberries.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate (1 c.) and cool. Shave chocolate and garnish top.

Refrigerate for several hours and remove ring from pan. Serve
